89. Judgment granting leave to appeal. The clerk must send to the Administrative Housing Tribunal and to the parties and their lawyers, without delay, a copy of the judgment granting leave to appeal. The Tribunal must, within 15 days of receiving the judgment, send to the office of the Court of Québec a certified copy of the record in its possession.
